1. Agreement to these terms

By submitting a booking request or paying a deposit, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. The Glam Party Truck is located at 423 North Pompton Turnpike, Wayne, NJ 07470. Our contact phone is (973) 321-7674 and our email is theglampartytruck@gmail.com.

2. Bookings & deposits

All bookings are confirmed only after we accept your date and receive a $150 non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due on the day of the party, before the event begins. Bookings are not considered confirmed until the deposit is received.

We serve North and Central New Jersey. Travel outside our standard service area may require an additional fee, which will be quoted before you confirm.

3. Cancellations & rescheduling

Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled date if you notify us at least 14 days before your original party date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be completed within 12 months of the original date.

Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event forfeit the deposit. The full balance is still due for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event.

4. Arrival & location requirements

The host is responsible for providing a safe, legal parking space at the event location with enough room for our truck. A flat, level surface is required. Our team will arrive before the scheduled start time to set up. If we are unable to park safely, we may need to cancel or reschedule the event, and the cancellation policy will apply.

5. Conduct & safety

Parents or a responsible adult must remain on-site during the party. We reserve the right to stop any activity that poses a safety risk or disrupts the experience. The Glam Party Truck is not responsible for injuries caused by horseplay, misuse of equipment, or failure to follow our host's instructions.

6. Weather & mechanical issues

Severe weather or unsafe road conditions may require rescheduling. We will contact you as soon as possible if this happens. In the rare event of a mechanical issue, we will offer to reschedule or refund your payment, at our discretion.

7. Liability

The Glam Party Truck carries appropriate insurance and is licensed to operate. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the event. We are not liable for damage to personal property, lost items, or allergic reactions to cosmetic products used during the party. Please disclose any allergies or skin sensitivities before the event.

8. Photos & media

We may take photos during the party for our website, social media, and marketing materials. If you do not want your child or guests photographed, please let us know in writing before the event.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Your booking is governed by the terms in effect at the time you pay your deposit.
