This page is maintained by The Glam Party Truck to describe our accessibility practices and how guests with disabilities can participate in our events. We are committed to treating every guest with dignity and working to accommodate individual needs.
Our commitment
We want every child and guest to feel welcome and included. If you or a guest have a disability, mobility need, sensory sensitivity, or other accessibility requirement, please contact us before booking so we can discuss how to make the experience comfortable and safe.
Truck & event accessibility
The Glam Party Truck is a converted mobile event vehicle. The interior is reached by a single step or small ramp and has limited maneuvering space. Because of the vehicle's design, full wheelchair access inside the truck may not be available.
When possible, we can adapt the party experience by:
- Hosting all or part of the party at ground level outside the truck
- Providing a portable step stool or assistance for entry
- Adjusting music volume, lighting, or activity pacing for sensory needs
- Allowing a caregiver or parent to accompany a guest inside
Service animals
Service animals are welcome to accompany guests in accordance with applicable law. Please let us know in advance so we can plan space accordingly.
