How do I book The Glam Party Truck?

How far in advance should I book a girls birthday party?

Accepted Answer

Most families book 2-3 months ahead to get their desired date. Spring, summer, and fall Saturdays fill first, so if you have a specific date in mind, calling earlier is advised!

What is your cancellation and reschedule policy?

Accepted Answer

Deposits hold your date and are nonrefundable. We operate rain or shine; however, if conditions to travel are unsafe, we will reschedule to any open date available at no additional cost and will transfer your deposit over.

What if it rains or snows on my party day?

Accepted Answer

The truck is fully enclosed, heated and air conditioned, so parties run rain, shine or snow. We only reschedule for genuinely unsafe road conditions — and then at no cost to you.

How much does a glam party truck party cost in NJ?

Accepted Answer

Silver is $895 for 1 hour 30 minutes, Gold is $1,295 for 2 hours and Platinum is $1,595 for 2.5 hours plus 15% gratuity. Each includes up to 8 children (more can be added for an additional cost), all supplies, decor, setup, cleanup, and party coordinators. Travel may apply from Wayne, NJ.

What does the price include — are there hidden fees?

No hidden fees. Your package price covers the truck, staff, use of robes, all spa and glam supplies, decor, music, setup, and cleanup. The only add-ons are extra children, optional upgrades, the gratuity, and a potential travel charge that will be discussed in your personalized quote.

How much is each extra child?

Accepted Answer

$50 per extra child on Silver, $60 on Gold, and $70 on Platinum. All parties can host up to 16 children total.

How much is the travel fee to my town?

Accepted Answer

Travel is included for Wayne and most surrounding towns. For locations outside our local service area, a small travel fee may apply and will be provided with your personalized party quote.

Do you require a deposit, and how do I pay?

Yes — a $300 deposit holds your date and applies to your balance. We will send you a link to our secure online checkout, and the remaining balance is due one week before the party.

The Silver package at $895 is our most popular starting point for groups of 6–8. Also, on select dates, we'll park at a designated location where individual guests can reserve a spot and enjoy the glam at a special per-guest price — perfect for one or two girls who want in on the fun! What actually happens during the party?

Activities vary by package booked, but may include walking the pink carpet, enjoying welcome donuts and sparkling apple cider topped with cotton candy, slipping into silky robes, face masks, mini manicures and pedicures, glam makeup, fun hairstyles with glitter and tinsel, karaoke, crafting, dancing, group photos, and of course, singing “Happy Birthday” to the guest of honor!

Up to 8 children are included in every package, and all parties can host up to 16.

Can boys or siblings join the party?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Any child who wants a mani, pedi, hair glitter or a turn on the karaoke mic is welcome. Just include them in your headcount. We also have boy tattoos available at no extra cost.

Do parents stay during the party?

Parents are welcome to stay outside or step aboard for photos, but our coordinators run every activity from start to finish.

Can we add cake, food or our own decorations?

To keep the truck clean, safe, and party-ready, we don't allow outside food, cake, drinks, or decorations inside the truck. Many families choose to enjoy cake and food at home before or after their Glam Party Truck experience. Don't worry — the truck arrives fully styled and ready to celebrate! Balloon décor add ons are available.

Do you offer any décor add ons?

Balloon décor is available as an optional add-on! Choose from a statement balloon garland or balloon bunches for a smaller pop of celebration. We'll have everything styled and ready before your guests arrive.

Can I customize the theme or colors?

While the Glam Party Truck has its own signature look, there are still ways to make the experience feel uniquely yours! Personalize the party with a custom playlist featuring the guest of honor's favorite songs, and if you add balloon décor, we can coordinate the balloon colors with your party theme.

Can we book the truck for something other than a birthday?

Absolutely! Birthdays are just the beginning. The Glam Party Truck is perfect for milestones, playdates, team celebrations, scout troops, school and community events, fundraisers, end-of-school celebrations and more. If there's something worth celebrating, we'd love to bring the glam!

What do I need to provide the day of the party?

Almost nothing! We arrive with the truck, party coordinators, supplies, activities, and everything needed for your Glam Party Truck experience. Just have the guests ready to party — we handle the setup, activities, and cleanup!

How early does the truck arrive?

Accepted Answer

We typically arrive 20–30 minutes before your scheduled party time to park and prepare the truck. During this time, we're still setting up and won't be ready for guests just yet. Once everything is party-ready, one of our coordinators will come to your door to let you know it's time for the fun to begin!

What areas of New Jersey do you serve?

Most of North and Central NJ — this includes most towns in Bergen, Passaic, Essex, Sussex, Hudson, Union, Morris and Somerset. If you are somewhere outside of this please message us to check your area!

Where does the truck park?

Accepted Answer

Anywhere legal and level: your driveway, the street in front of your home, an apartment or condo lot, or a school, church, park or clubhouse lot. We need roughly three parking spaces and 12 feet of overhead clearance. Please note the truck cannot be parked in a steep driveway/street.

Does my driveway/street need to be a certain size?

Before booking, please make sure there is a safe, legal and relatively level area for the truck to park. We require approximately three parking spaces and at least 12 feet of overhead clearance. If you live in a condo, apartment community or HOA, please check for any parking restrictions or required approvals ahead of time.

Do you need electricity or a hookup from my house?

No. The truck is fully self-contained with its own power, lighting, heat and air conditioning. We plug into nothing and nothing runs through your home.

Does the truck drive around during the party?

No. The Glam Party Truck remains safely parked for the entire party. Guests do not ride in the truck while it is in motion — the fun begins once we're parked and party-ready!

Can you accommodate allergies or sensitive skin?

Please let us know about any known allergies, sensitivities or skin concerns before the party. We'll do our best to accommodate your guest, and parents are always welcome to opt their child out of any product or activity they're not comfortable with.

How do you handle sanitation between parties?

Tools and products are sanitized between every guest and every party, robes are laundered after each use, and single-use items like face gems & face masks are never reused.

Yes — we're fully insured and licensed to operate in New Jersey, and we can provide a certificate of insurance for schools, venues and HOAs that require one.
